We are happy to announce that Wedgewood Golf & Country Estate will be proceeding with the development of both the sports and convenience center facilities.
The sports facilities may comprise of a clubhouse, a gym, swimming pool, tennis courts, and outside leisure area. Exciting new concept plans are presently being drafted.

Opportunities are available for a health spa and wellness center for interested persons and partnerships.
The convenience center which may comprise of shopping facilities and a ‘conference & events center’ will be a commercial sectional title development for sale to interested parties.

It is proposed that the sport facilities will be developed in two phases with the clubhouse and gym included in phase 1.
Residents of the estate will have automatic membership and access to all sports areas with a portion of their levies contributing to the maintenance of the facility.
